Why suggested for a Global Red List Assessment?

Recently described species. Currently < 10 known localities in Spain and North Macedonia. Potentially overlooked in dry Mediterranean vegetation due to morphological similarity with T. fimbriatum. No population trends nor threats known.
Suggested as DD.


Geographic range

Spain (provincia Madrid), North Macedonia (treated as T. lusitanicum by Rusevska et al. 2019). Potentially under-recorded in the Mediterranean area due to macromorphological similarity with the more common T. fimbriatum.

A rare but potentially underrecorded species. Currently known from <10 localities. Population trend is unknown
