Why suggested for a Global Red List Assessment?

Newly described species seemingly endemic to the Iberian peninsula. Small population < 20 records but potentially underrecorded as its habitat is widely distributed in the Mediterranean area.
Currently insuffient data for redlist assessment but should be highlighted and monitored at is known localities. DD
