Why suggested for a Global Red List Assessment?
The species is highly disjunct in Europe, occurring very rarely in oceanic central Norway and in the Mediterranean region from the Canary Islands to Turkey. It is apparently rare everywhere and probably threatened by reduction of habitat (humid, broadleaved forest).
