There is one observation on GBIF identified only to genus level in Australia (https://www.gbif.org/species/2524829), not sure if it could correspond to the same species.

Justification

Paxillogaster luteus is only known from its description in 1966, from Patagonia. No further records are available so the species is assessed as Data Deficient (DD).
