A species belonging to the B. aestivalis complex. Species boundaries are currently not resolved. No sequence data available.
For taxonomy see Demoulin 1979. Misapplication of name by Ulvinen (1997) = B. aestivalis (Jeppson 2001).
Why suggested for a Global Red List Assessment?
