Stelligera membranacea is a clavarioid fungus found in Madagascar. Very little information on this species is available and no records of it can be found since its original description. More research and search efforts are needed before an accurate assessment of its conservation status can be made, so the species is assessed as Data Deficient (DD).

Stelligera genus.
Geographic range
This species has only been found on the eastern coast of Madagascar (Heim 1938), although the exact locality is uncertain.
