Small and fragmented population. Americas: <50 localities, not recently observed ? Australian records need confirmation to address conspecificity. Known from < 10 localities in Spain.

Habitats threatened by exploitation (tourism, buildings etc).

N. America: USA: Colorado; Mexico (Baja California)., S. America ? (Argentina, Brazil) Europe: SE Spain. Africa: Tunisia? Australia ?


Population and Trends

Known from < 10 localities in SE Spain.
Mexico: observed in 1992 and 1994 (Esqueda et al. 2004).
USA ? - no recent observations?
South American, African and Australian records need confirmation.
AOO: 250 km2
