This species is found over a very broad area in Nothofagus forests in Patagonia. It is unlikely to approach the thresholds for listing under a threatened category, and is assessed as Least Concern.

This species is found over a very broad area in Nothofagus forests in Patagonia. There has been a report from New Zealand, but this is not included in this assessment as it probably represents a different species.

This species is considered to be common.

This species is found over a very broad area in Nothofagus forests and mixed forests. The species occurs on wood and is thought to be a saprotroph. See Cybernome (2020) for potential associated plant species.
