The workshop will be held fully in person and will focus on evaluating Colombian endemic fungal and lichen species. It is jointly organized by the IUCN SSC Colombian Fungal Specialist Group and the Colombian Association of Mycology (ASCOLMIC). This event marks a significant step toward strengthening and advancing the Colombian Fungal Red List effort. The project is funded through the Species Survival Commission (SSC) Internal Grant under the project “First Red List of the Endemic Species of Macrofungi of Colombia”, grant number SMA-G00-GG-0000001198.
