Taxonomic notes

Basidiomata infundibuliform to slightly campanulate, 5.5-8.6 mm high, 5.2-7.4 mm wide at the mouth. Exoperidium hirsute, brown. External surface smooth. Mouth fimbriate. Inner surface browinsh gray to browinsh beige, smooth to inconspicous plicate, silvery. Peridioles circular, angular to elliptical, grayish brown, (1.67) 1.92-2.35 x (1.47) 1.63-1.93 mm. Tunic indistinct. Cortex single layered. Basidiospores smooth, hyaline, 6.86-9.6 x 4.5-5.7 µm, elliptical to elongated, thick walled, up to 1.16 µm. Apiculus absent.
