Justification

This species appears to be known from only the type specimen, collected from Eritrea. There is very little further information on this species, and it is not currently possible to accurately assess its extinction risk. Therefore, it is assessed as Data Deficient.

Geographic range

This species appears to only be known from its type specimen. This was possibly collected in, what is today, Eritrea, with the type being collected in "Erythraea" in August 1914 (Saccardo 1916).
